HP Pavilion a405n isn't outputting

I have an HP Pavilion a405n, and it isn't outputting video to any monitor I connect it to. It has only VGA, and I've tried 2 different cables. Does anybody seem to know why? Thanks.

Does it say no signal or no cable is connected?

I got in contact with the guy who sold it on eBay, and he told me to reseat the CPU, which I did, and I bent the pins, so I straightened them, and then broke the heatsink, and I just powered it on without the heatsink and it still didn't work, and this video sums up how I feel right now.
