I'll start.

Been slowly picking away at Dragon Quest VIII on PS2. I've never touched a Dragon Quest/Warrior game before, and this has been a pretty good time. It's very much the exact idea in your mind if you were to picture Generic JRPG^TM, but it's quite good at being just that. A friend of mine described it as being more "gameplay-pilled" than Final Fantasy, which has been most of my JRPG exposure; and it's true. Most FF games you can get by just doing basic attacks and healing occasionally, but DQ8 makes me really engage with the battle system and think about my moves. Lots of buffs and debuffs going around, which is pretty sweet.

I've also finished my replay of Tomb Raider III on PlayStation 1. Definitely my favourite game of the series, and the PS1 version is the best of its ports. This time I was doing a run where I collect all the secrets so I could play the bonus level at the end, and it was an excellent time. Granted, the journey was a lot better than the destination. The bonus level isn't really anything all that special, though it is an interesting little artifact left over from the game's development that I'm glad I got so peek in on.

Last game I finished 100% through was Sonic Frontiers. Havent really sat down and played through a whole game since.

I was unlucky enough to grow up with Simpsons Road Rage instead of Hit and Run so my life was basically ruined from the start.
