PS2 Extracting 3d model of Honey from Fighting Vipers

PS2 Extracting 3d model of Honey from Fighting Vipers

I extracted a copy of "Sega Ages 2500 Series Vol. 19 - Fighting Vipers (Japan)" inside i found 2 cvm files, converted them to iso using https://github.com/JayFoxRox/cvm_tool inside the bin.iso i found .FTS .CMP .SP2 .BIN files i can't find any tool to decompress these files, I want to extract the 3d model of Honey preferably with animations.

can someone put me on the right road?
