A bit of context: There exists a program from Japan called thực tập sinh/実習生/jisshuusei where they provides licenses to people in third world countries to work as low skilled workers there (Correct me if I am wrong here @kana85hz2c). One of my relatives got the license a few years ago and has worked there since, sending back home a decent amount of money to his home at my birthplace. He traveled back to Vietnam this year to celebrate Lunar New Year and brought some random medicines and most importantly this pack of 12 mini キットカット :
