I found a old computer in my attic from 1998 but it wont show anything on the screen!
It is from a bust computer company called "Time" and I think it was UK only.
I get startup beeps but nothing on the screen.
I even replaced bust capacitors which seemed to trace to the slots but that didn't work!
I would really like the computer working so I can play Lego Island and use discord messenger!
Its so frustrating!
Any help is appreciated!

Sounds like a dead GPU. if there's on board graphics, try that.

No onboard graphics as they came in about 2003 ish
Also they are tied to the cpu and it has a vintage athlon 650
It only has on board usb 1, serial, ps2, and a soundblaster 5.1 chip w/ gameport.
Will try a cheap working agp gpu though

did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in?
jokes aside, of you can find a board model number you may be able to figure out what the beep code means, im guessing RAM isnt fully seated, or the CPU cooked itself.
edit: could also be the PSU not supplying the correct voltages due to age
