I currently have a email at mail.mattkc.com. I created it with my youtube membership. I now want to switch to Patreon.
Do I loose my email, once i disable my membership? Does is stay indefinitely? Can I somehow switch it over?

I think it is better to ask him by email. You can find the address on his YouTube channel.
