Profile pictures seem to show at native size in settings.

Not really sure if this is an issue but I might as well post it

Ah, we've run into this before. Looks like by default phpBB doesn't scale them down. I already modified the "viewprofile" and "viewtopic" pages to reduce the size, but hadn't seen this one before.

There is still a problem with the size. The site says:
I don't know why you need such values, because you definitely don't want people to upload full-hd movie scenes as an avatar and it's always a good idea to keep traffic low. There are still people out there with a bad internet connection and if they have to load several huge avatars, before even reading anything from a topic, they could get annoyed. I would even get annoyed (even with fiber) if I want to follow an interesting thread, but have to load megabytes of data for it.

Seriously... let people compress their avatars, 8.39 Megabytes are the size of 4 good video games.
