Video upload not working on some posts?

On the hardware section I've been posting super long repair logs, and although Matt was nice enough to get video attachments working I can't seem to add it to one specific post.
viewtopic.php?p=1141#p1141
I click add files -> open the video I want to upload -> nothing happens, and nothing happens when I press the add files button again.
It doesn't seem to happen on other posts, so maybe it's just too long?

Are they under the 50MB size constrain?

Must be some default blacklisting going on or something. Better waiting for responses from Matt

What format/container are they? It works for me but I've only tested with MP4s.

It's MP4, and I can upload it fine on other posts just not that one in particular.

I'm afraid I'm not really sure how I'd troubleshoot a problem as specific as "attachments aren't working on one specific post", I don't have enough knowledge about phpBB's inner workings to really know where to start. I've purged the forum cache and you can try clearing your own browser cache and maybe the cookies for this site and trying again?

Yeah I even tried on a different browser with now luck so rip I guess, no biggie.
