Looks like it is just a matter of grabbing an NT 4.0 (or 3.51) CD, loading up the setup and then loading the HAL and drivers when specified. It even has drivers for GC and N64 hardware, such as the GC mouse and N64 keyboard.

I remember a few years ago Michael MJD got MacOS X running on a wii, I never tried it myself though.
