Texture Format for 3D Models

I managed to replace some textures in game, they are so simple. It's basic BMP 8 BIT, but flipped.

Can someone send the raw bitmap data? I'm wanting to modify it so that, with a bit of tweaking, we can get color gradience or smth. Another reason I'm asking is that, I'm working on my own Lego Island related project, which is making it in microsoft makecode arcade, so if someone could help, thanks.
